		<description>Yeah. I always get dirty looks when I eat sushi with my fingers. At first, I was trying to hide my miserable chopstick skills (they're not really that bad, but...), but when I found out that's how they did it in Japan, I was ecstatic.</description>

		<description>Word. Omakase is definitely the traditional way of eating sushi in Japan. However, in the US, entrusting the man behind the bar is pretty novel stuff because most everyone orders from the menu. Can't wait for the day when the traditional way goes mainstream.</description>

		<description>That sounds like a great meal, but omakase is not a new way of eating sushi. It is the traditional way. In fact, it is even rude to ask how much money will be spent. Most plces will serve you better cuts of you tell them you want the omakase, which means "Trust Me."</description>
